Refund Eligibility

Non-Refundable Items
Gift cards are non-refundable. All other Relavora products are eligible for refunds, subject to the conditions below.

Condition Requirements
To qualify for a refund, items must be returned in their original, unopened condition. Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for a refund due to hygiene and safety reasons.


Return Window

You have 90 days from the date of purchase to request a return or refund.


How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us through one of the following methods:

Please include your order number or the email address used at checkout to help us locate your purchase and process your request efficiently.


Return Shipping

  • Returns will only be accepted after you have contacted us via email and received confirmation to proceed.

  • Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

Important:
Please do not send any items before receiving return confirmation and instructions from our support team.

Once approved, you will receive the official return address and further instructions via email.

Please include a note inside the return package with:

  • Your full name

  • Your order number

To help expedite your refund, we kindly ask that you email us the tracking number or a photo of the shipping receipt after sending your return.


Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. You will be notified by email regarding the status of your refund.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 14 business days after the returned item has been received.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.


Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us at support@relavora.com immediately with your order number and a clear photo of the damaged item.
We will be happy to arrange a replacement at no additional cost.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please follow the return process and place a new order separately.
